In the heart of the Médoc region, adjoins the prestigious St-Estèephe and Pauillac appellarions,the
vineyards of Château Cissac are mainly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon. Blended with Melot
and Petit Verdot, the wines of Château Cissac combine the strength of the Médoc and the
aromatic elegance of the greatest Bordeaux.
Today the vineyards are managed by Marie Vialard, a direct descendant of Jacques Mondan who
baught the estate in 1895.
